Daring Greatly In Your Relationship With Food Do you struggle with binge or night-eating? Have you tried to shift your relationship with food, but find yourself stuck in the same cycle over and over? Join us for a one-day workshop to explore the underlying cycle that may be driving your relationship with food. Using the principles of The Daring Way™, we will explore: using food as a way to numb; how we numb to manage shame; the role of empathy and self-compassion in recovery; and the importance of values as motivators for long-term change. The workshop takes place from 8:45 am to 6 pm and includes breakfast and materials.
The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. Further information is available at www.thedaringway.com.
